My work specifically deals with Agile: I implement flexible approaches for sales and sales teams using SWAY (Sales With Agile). Unfortunately, not all companies enjoy a smooth transition to Agile. It can be unpleasant, and even painful, for them to leave their comfort zone. I would like to share some difficulties I have encountered while implementing Agile and SWAY transformations.
